Both packages look at the same nine areas of your health, from blood sugar, heart and cholesterol to liver, kidneys, thyroid and blood, with a chest X-ray and specialists who see you in person. The Whole Body report

A report you will actually read.

Most checkups end with a folder of separate printouts. The Whole Body Checkup ends with one report: every result graded and explained in plain language, what matters most first, and your progress from one year to the next.

Shown with illustrative results; your own report carries yours.

One report, not a folder

Every lab result, scan and specialist's finding from your checkup, brought together in a single report.

How to read this report

What the labels mean

Every result carries one of four grades, A through D, reading from green (optimal) to terracotta (worth acting on). The same colours are used everywhere in this report.

AA · OptimalRight where it should be. Keep up your current habits.
BB · BorderlineA touch outside ideal, but nothing to worry about. Small habits keep it in check.
CC · ObserveWorth a recheck and a few simple lifestyle steps. Not urgent.
DD · ActionFar enough outside the range to look at closely. Please discuss this with your doctor.
Not performedPart of the package, but not done in this checkup, shown so nothing looks missed.

What matters most

The headlines

High cholesterol-HDL ratio

Action

A ratio of 5.6 indicates elevated cardiovascular risk. Adopt a low-saturated-fat diet and schedule a lipid review with your doctor within 3 months.

Metabolic syndrome present

Action

Having three of five risk factors (including BMI 28.1) defines metabolic syndrome. Work on weight loss, regular activity, and see your physician in the next 6 weeks.

Low vitamin D level

Action

Your vitamin D level of 18 ng/mL is deficient, increasing bone and immune risk. Begin a vitamin D supplement and repeat the test in 3–4 months.

Do I need to fast before the checkup?

Yes, for both packages. Come after an overnight fast of 10 to 12 hours; plain water is fine. The fasting blood sugar and cholesterol tests need an empty stomach, and the post-meal sugar is taken after you have eaten. Bring your previous reports and a list of the medicines you take.

Is the checkup the same for women and men?

Yes, with one addition for women in the Whole Body Checkup: a PAP smear, the screening test for cervical cancer.

What does the Whole Body Checkup report look like?

It is one report for the whole checkup. Every result is graded A (optimal), B (borderline), C (observe) or D (action) and shown on a coloured scale with a line on what it means. It opens with your results at a glance and the few findings that matter most, then goes through each area of health in turn.

Will I see how my results have changed since last year?

Yes, in the Whole Body Checkup report, when your earlier checkups were at Arihant: it sets each area's grade beside your last two checkups and marks it improved, unchanged or needing attention.

How do I get my original lab and scan reports?

The Whole Body Checkup report carries a QR code that opens every original report (pathology, imaging and eye scan) together in one PDF. You will be asked for the phone number printed on the report.

Is the report a diagnosis?

No. It is a screening summary, meant to be read with your doctor. Anything flagged for attention is a starting point for that conversation, not a cause for alarm.

How do I book a health checkup?

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98233 30604 or call the toll-free line 1800 210 0108, and say which package you would like. OPD runs 10 AM to 8 PM.
