This policy covers this website only. Your medical records and the care you receive at the hospital are governed by the hospital's clinical policies and by applicable Indian law.

Appointment requests. The appointment form asks for the patient's name, age, gender, mobile number, department, preferred doctor and date, and any notes you add. This website does not store those details. When you submit the form it opens WhatsApp with your request filled in, and the details reach the hospital only when you send that message.

Calls, emails and messages. If you phone, email or message us, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your number or address.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure and reliable. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

• To provide medical care and related services when you become a patient.
• To meet legal, regulatory and accreditation obligations.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, or for other legitimate uses permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Doctors and hospital staff involved in your care or in handling your request.
• Service providers who support our operations, under obligations of confidentiality.
• Government authorities, insurers or others where the law requires or permits it, or where you ask us to.

Some pages use services run by other companies, which may receive your IP address or set their own cookies under their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps, embedded on the Contact page and linked for directions.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to send us a message or an appointment request.
• Image hosting services that deliver some of the photographs on this site.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Medical records are retained for the periods prescribed by applicable regulations.

Appointments for patients under 18 should be requested by a parent or lawful guardian, who consents on the child's behalf.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
